At KAKICLAY, we strive to get your home fitness equipment to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This shipping policy outlines the details of order processing, delivery timelines, and other important shipping guidelines for our U.S. customers.
1. Order Processing & Shipment Timing
- Once your order is submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for processing and preparation before shipment (most orders will ship sooner than this timeframe).
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.

Important Note: No orders are processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or U.S. Postal Holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

All KAKICLAY orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in Atlanta,Georgia.

Shipping Carriers: Standard orders are shipped via DHL SmartMail Parcel, with final delivery completed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This service reaches all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes.Larger quantity orders may be shipped via FedEx Ground for faster delivery.

Delivery Timeframe: Domestic shipping typically takes 4–7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or other issues beyond our control.
3. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
- If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment. This ensures you receive all your products in one delivery.
- Once all items are in stock and your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information promptly.
4. No International Shipping
KAKICLAY currently only serves customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to any countries outside of the U.S. at this time.
